Added Stock Holder's Meetings, these can be created by admins and can have different results entirely depending on the description of the meeting and vote results. Only holders of the stock can vote

Email verification is now required. This is so that, depending on your preferences, you may receive notification e-mails for Wikistock updates or stock holder meetings

Stock price now calculates using the trade volume for the whole day. The volume adds a range of -10% to 10% to the price.
