The balance on your account is based on a fictitious digital currency called "ku" or "kurency units". Your balance is calculated every time you do a transaction and is based on all your previous balance. If the price history of a Wikistock of which your purchase or sale is attached to is modified your balance may be recalculated to lower or higher than you previously had. These adjustments be made by admins to prevent abuse or to fix a bug.
Wikistocks utilizes publicly available data from Wikipedia and does not claim any ownership or control over the content of Wikipedia pages.
The price of a Wikistock is based on Wikipedia page views, this means the price is dependant on various factors like recent events related to the Wikipedia article. The price is also calculated from various factors on Wikistocks, such as market volume and stock price modifiers placed by admins or stock holder meeting resolutions.
Wikistocks shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to, losses resulting from the fluctuation of stock prices, inaccurate calculations, or any other changes to the platform. However, Wikistocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, Wikistocks’ total liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for access to the platform.
